1. You must be over 18 years of age to enter competition
2. You must have a valid Drivers License
3. Employees, volunteers, board members of Aganang fm or members of their immediate family, agents or any other person who is connected with the administration of this competition are not permitted to enter.
4. Proof of age to play is required. By entering this competition you confirm you are over 18 years of age.
5. Entries for the competition will close on 31 March 2010 at midnight.
6. The draw for the winner will be on the 17th April 2010 and will be audited by qualified auditors.
7. Each entry is only valid if the person entering sends an sms with a valid ticket number and his/her full names to 34010.
8. You will not be deemed to have entered until we have confirmed your entry by return text message.
9. The prize to the competition is a Toyota Yaris.
10. Ownership will pass to the competition winner as soon as is reasonably possible after the draw and the winner has produced a valid driver's license.
11. The winner of the car will be obliged to drive with the car for a period of 12 months with the branding of the main sponsors.
12. The winner will be notified by the Aganang fm and the prize will be a Toyota Yaries as described in the competition.
13. At the time of winning the prize the will be free of any legal charge.
14. The winner will be notified by telephone/email within 10 days of the draw.
15. The dates shall be as follows: a. Begin Immediately1st Nov 2009. B. closes at midnight 31 March 2010 c. 17 April 2010 – audited draw by qualified auditors.
16. This competition is governed by South African Law. Any matters relating to the competition will be resolved under South African Law, and the Court of South Africa have exclusive jurisdiction.
17. By accepting these terms and conditions, the entrant is confirming that they are not breaching any laws in their country of residence regarding the legality.
18. Aganang fm will not be held responsible for any entrant entering any competition unlawfully.
19. All decisions of the judging panel will be final and binding on the competitors and no correspondence will be entered into.
20. All competitors are entered into our database for the purposes on conveying information as to the status of their competition, as well as future promotions, competitions, or deals, offered by Aganang fm.
21. Any personal data that you supply to the company will be only used by the operators of the competition.
22. At any point during the competition, the promoter may add or remove prizes.
23. Should the winner not wish to take delivery of the property offered, the property will be offered to the person drawn next.
24. Acceptance of the prize by the winner gives the promoter the right to use their name, personal photograph, and home country for promotional purposes, both immediately after the win and in the future, unless prohibited by law.
25. The promoter reserves the right to cancel any competition, for any reason, before the designated closing date. The promoter also reserves the right at its sole discretion to extend the closing date on any time-limited competition.
26. Data Protection Notice: Any personal data that you supply to the promoter or authorise the promoter to obtain from a third party, will be used by the promoter (i) to administer the competition; and (ii) (unless you tell us that you prefer not to receive direct marketing) to contact you about other competitions or about other goods and services which the promoter considers may be of interest to you.
